2nd visit to Hai Buey with special guests... *winkz

This meal is mainly been organized due to the bet between few buddies... Some ppl have lost in the game.. thus hafta buy the winner this meal.. *the crab..

We had this Fried Crab w Salted egg... if you were here for the crab.. I will suggest you to come earlier... the last serve of crab was at 8ish... luckily we gt here at early 7... thus, we got to place this order...
Chef Recommended - Stir-fry Bee Hoon w Tang Hoon... sounds weird, right..? it is their special tho..

their specialty - Deep Fried Egg Plant stuffed minced port&shrimp... the waitress said, this is recommended for those who doesn't take eggplant... as you can hardly taste the egg plant from this lil deep fried stuffy... since it has been deep fried with the battle yet.. the it stuffed with a big portion of minced meat & shrimp..
Stir-Fry Clam in Kam Hiong style... which is a tiny lil spicy w dried shrimp
the waitress recommended us this Stir-Fry Leng Ngao, Kacang Botol and Cao Dao with Sambal...
Spicy Salad Deep Fried Hae Kor.. it is not ful-filled anyone's satisfaction... I supposed.. they have over-fried it... thus, can hardly taste the origin-sweetness of the hae kor but hard to chew..
Steamed Fish in (I can't remember what style is it.. it was something like Teow-Cio Chui.. bit sour with ShangHai Chai.. but the waitress insisted this was not Teow-Cio Chui... hmmm...)
