Genting 'family + frens' Trip - day 1

few mths backed... Maid and I taken a pic at here before.. we bumped into each other while we were on the way to KL.. and this round.. we were in the same trip.. he he

members in 8166... + daddy who has gone down to buy something..

We stopped by at the 'half-mountain' to grab our lunch... my family must makan here whenever comes to Genting.. itz either before we going up or while we coming down from Genting..

This restaurant is very famous... ( I can't recall the name... sorrie~ ) you can see uncountable-artistsSss-photos being hung on the walls... whoever came Genting for show/ concerts must have dine-in here during the trip... it happened since years ago... even those have already passed away.. such as, fei fei, Anita Mui, Leslie Cheung & etc.. had had their memoirs here too....

no doubt the foods here are nice & recommend~!!!

This claypot pork belly is very nice.. !! something special from here.... 砂煲五香肉..

This one tasted even nicer... Crispy Pork Belly... really nice and special.. highly recommended !! I didn't really know all the name of the dishes.. since I wasn't around when je je placed the orders.... but this is rily nice! must try !!

Minced pork Japanese Beancurd... I saw from the table next to us.. they ordered a Block-shape-tao fu.. seemed very nice and special too.. I thought je was ordered that... but this one tasted very nice too...
Onion-Omelette is always under the Must-Order list of my family ordering list....

the steamed fish is nice !! fresh with great taste of sauce !!!!

现煮西洋菜汤 - all the foods here were very nice !!! except this !!!!!! the 1st time I saw and tasted the Sai Yong Choy soup like this.. I thought it supposed to slow cooked with pork ribs or so.. but this was not.. I guess they instant cooked it... can see the green-ness from the vegie.. I neva seen this colour of Sai Yong Choy... despite the fresh one... and this soup was cooked with pork cutlet and prawn... it ain't tasted yulky.. just far to say it as a normal Sai Yong Choy Soup... (*the vegie is not soft at all ! )
another reason that my family must come here was because of this !!!
Genting has the best Durian.. perhaps I can't say it as the Best.. but it has some kinds of durian which we couldn't find it Penang nor other places.. only have em here !! no doubt the prices are killing too.. the 1st round, we had only 2 small-to-medium size of King of the Cat.. and costed us RM90 + but they were Really Nice !!!see the different.. ? it looked nice, and tasted heaven !something new to try... this stall is mainly selling Sausages...
they use something look and taste like roti canai... heaten up with this hot pan... ko ko added a egg.. thus, she covered up the whole piece of roti canai with egg... topped with some lettuce, cheese and mayo.. den wrapped the sausage up with the whole thing...

it tasted nice.. but the price is slightly crazie too... cuz this stall located in Genting !!!!! I believe the prices are diff at the francise in KL...
