La Bodega Restaurant & Bar

It is a Spanish restaurant with three different sections. One is the chill out place where people drink and eat tapas, the other is the fine dining area that is cozy with the dim yellow light and lastly is the lounge that serves drinks and desserts.

We had dinner at the one nearby Pavillion.

This Restaurant is famous of Tapas.

Tapas is a typical snack or appetizer in Spanish culture and here at La Bodega, it is almost like a degustation set with a variety of tapas served concurrently. The portions come in two different sizes, small and large.

We ordered the White Wine to go with our meals~ ^^

BAguette with Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar.. ^^

We ordered 3 tapas and a main for sharing... here they are...

Sauteed MushroomAparagus wrapped with Beef, sauteed in Tomato Chutney... the sauce is nice!

Grilled Chix in Pita.. specially for Mung.. who doesn't eat Red Meat..

paella de codomiz (rm28 per pax )(for a min of 2 persons)

for me... I reckon it tasted something like Risotta... perhaps this is slightly drier than that... since this is baked rice... and that slow-cooked with stock... both are sticky enuf...

tho it stated for 2, but 5 of us sharing it... just nice... won't be too stuffed..

Because... we still have the super duper yummy cake !! Nuttiez Tiramisu from Alexis~

the difference of this tiramisu from others is the Caramelised Almond Nuts on its surface... oh my.. this is so tempting !!

It is just Awesome afterall...

The nite is still young.. of cause we won't just end 7th like this... Yik Chun brought us to this new-hang-out-hit-spot... Quattro @ Avenue K... the concept of this party place is Amazing.. they make it into 4 seasons... The Spring Lounge, Summer Restaurant, Autumn Club and lastly Winter Bar...

Spring Lounge is half-opened-air... has Live Band performance all-nite-long... quite a gud spot for gatheirng & chit-chat...

there's a lil aisle between the Spring Lounge and Autumn Club.. the lil path will 'rain' at every hour... whenever the minutes needle hits 12... there're number of umbrella be ready at each end.. whoever that wanna pass on this path.. is welcomed to use the umbrella... the rain will cont' for 10 minz... unfortunately, we missed out all the '12' during our 4 hrs there... :( I think it is fun !

2 entrance to enter the Winter Bar, one is from outside, 1st floor of Avenue K building.. that you need to go up with the elegator and walk to the end... the other is from the stairs in the club.. but it needs another enter pass .. not allowed to enter with the chop from the club..

thanks for the sake of Yik Chun, we're permitted to tour around the bar without any pass... no doubt the bar is freezing cold... most of the customers inside were wearing jumper/ cardigan or even sweater... inside the bar, there's a Icy Room.. with erm... 5 or less than that degrees.. the room is small, thus can only afford 5 persons to go in each time... in order to keep the coldness...
