hOt Spring Xperience in Taipei

on the 3rd nite...

I planned to go for Hot Spring right after our Dan Shui tour (*click)...

chosen the Hot Spring at Bei Tou ( 北投 ) since it's just few station from Dan Shui...

along the road, can see many Hotel / Hot Spring Centres...

we took MRT ( Dan Shui Line ) to Bei Tou 北投 , den changed train to Xin (New) Bei Tou 新北投.

1. take bus # 216 / 218 / 266 and get down from Bei Tou Guo Station

2. alternate way, is to take taxi right from train station to the hot spring u want to go.

交通：捷運淡水線，在北投站下車乘換新北投支線，在「新北投」站下車。或搭公車216、218、266在「北投國小站」下車。

we chose only those allowed to wear Swim Suits into the pool, most of them feel embarassing to go for naked pool.. he he

we first went to the Public Hot Spring,

which is really cheap, only TWD 40 per pax...

but seeing so many random uncles / aunties standing outside...

we were bit worried...

as it's public pool , offering at very cheap rate, thus, MANY ppl would go and share the same pool.....

we just prefered something more private and cleaner...

we went to 水都溫泉會館 which recommended by someone in the forum I read while planning my trip...

walking distance less than 10 mins from the public pool above...

it's a beautiful hotel / hotspring / spa centre...

they charge us for TWD 360 per pax,

- no time limit

- towel provided

- 1 big 1 small

- Free mineral water

- shower rooms availble

- 4 diff pools - jaguzzi, and massage pool

we chose the public 1 instead of the private room...

public pool on the 7th floor... at the roof top...

can enjoy the scenery and beautiful sky while soaking in the hot spring pool....

we were so so happee and enjoy...

as the weather that day suddenly gone down to 13 degrees...

when we just reached Dan Shui jetty, it rained...

we all were so cold, so suffered...

what better to do than soaking in hot spring, 41 - 46 degrees ~ ^^

yet but not least, there was no one except 8 of us using the pool that nite...

it's like we paid for the whole area !! wahaha

we must wear shower cap before entering the pool...

hygiene !!

everyone is SO HAppee~~~~ :D

this is really cool...

the water pump can help to massage the shoulder and neck..

released our tireness !

I spent super long time at this, non-stop, till my skin got burned... :"(

= happee and recharged for shopping and makan !!!! *weEEeee~

get ready to nom nom at Shi Da Ye Shi~~
