淡水篇 / fReezing Dan Shui tOur~

day 3, cont' from our 故宫 muzeum tour...

we took bus to nearest MRT station and take MRT to 淡水 Dan Shui

we were still awake the moment we got up the bus...

next min, zzZzzzzzZzzzzzz

while walking to the MRT station,

we passed by the Dessert House !

buying Red Bean Soup with Glutinuous Rice Ball

can say everything on the list seems nice !!
I got myself a hot Ginger Tea, very nice !!! :)

very yummy 铜锣烧 ，Doraemon Mini Pan Cake

they offer sweet and savoury

the filling shown on top of the pancake is just half of it, another half already dip into the pancake !

the ingredients are very generous...

the red bean paste won't be too sweet.... overall is very nice ! :)

passed by another bakery ...

see their breads are all so yummy~~~

full of ingredients yet selling at very cheap price ...

averagely twd 30 each

look at the one with Sunny Top Egg, Sausage, Ham and Cheese !!

the next one loaded full with Tuna !!!

This Golden Retriever is SO handsome !!!

wish to bring him home ~ ^^

when we got out from the Dan Shui MRT station ( it's the last station on Dan Shui Line )

it started to rain !

there was so windy at Jetty + the rain...

we were screaming all the way while running across the road !! * brushes

I lOVe the Starbucks in Dan Shui !!

ever went to a 4 storeys Starbucks ??

with beautiful sceneries~~~ :)

淡水老街 Dan Shui Old Street

2-Must-Do-things in 淡水

must be

1) buy 阿婆铁蛋 ( Grandma Iron Egg )
2) eat 淡水阿给 ( Dan Shui Ah Gei )

it's a homemade fried Beancurd stuffed with stir fry Glass Noodles

cooked with special sauce, very tasty very delicious !!!

tho ingredients seems very cheap and normal,

but it's REALLY NICE !!!!!

je and I miss this so so so much !

if Dan Shui is just around the city, I would want to have it every day !!!

the homemade Fish Ball in Clear Soup is nice too

the name is translate from Japanese...

Ah Geh = Age ( beancurd in Japanese )

珍珠包，Pearl Bao

mini pork dumpling, like gyoza but different in shape ...

very yummy !! really !!

this mini waffles are not only cute and creative, but very tasty too !

very crispy , no filling but just nice !!! :)

the most famous Iron Egg Stall in Taipei...

others selling at ard twd 60-70 per small pack , here selling for twd 100 / small pack ( ard 20-30 small quail egg )...

no discount !

we not gonna walk to 渔人码头 , the famous jetty anymore...
