Quay Cafe - Vegetarian Restaurant runs by Tzu Chi

there's a new Vegetarian Restaurant opened end of Sept...

on the 1st day of Sept - Lunar Calendar...

after the 10 days of vegetarian period, it closed again for about a week time...

and I supposed it starts business again now...

Quay Cafe located right behind Digi Centre Beach Street Branch, along the same street with DSOP...

this restaurant is operating by Tzu Chi Organisation..

simple yet beautiful design is always my top preference !

the most likey part is they remained the red block wall from the previous property...

the person-in-charge is daddy's fren..

and they told us.. they just 'washed' the old dusty wall.. and try to remain how as it was..

 

Tzu Chi always stick with the principle of  Self-Service...

from ordering the food, cutleries collection, and putting back the dishes after meal like how we did during study-time...

but they will serve foods to your table promptly after you placed order...

seems not much varieties.. but I can assure ALL are Nice & Healthy !!!

I always fans of Tzu Chi Foods    *blushes

me and colleagues used to order Tzu Chi lunch box to office every 1st & 15th ~

all the money will back to charity...

 

Fresh Squeeze Orange Juice - no ice, no water, no sugar = Healthy !

 

mummy had the Mui Choy Rice which I highly recommended !

it was served in the delivery lunch box before.. and we all love it to bits !!!

the noodle is tendle and nice !

the portion is BIG !! and yum !

brown rice with 3 dishes of the day...

Kiam Chai Boey , rm 2 or rm 4
big bowl and delicious !

Homemade Carrot Cake , rm 2 / piece
