this was the very 1st time in mah-life..
and the very 1st time for my family too...
to go to Chew Jetty on 9th Jan, Chinese Lunar Calendar...
this day is very ' big ' for Hokkien...
consider as Hokkien's cny yeah...
due to the leaving of our beloved granny...
we do not get to celebrate this day for 3-y-e-a-r-s...
je's big gang of frens used to come to my house yearly...
to gamble and 'build-big-gold-mountain' together...
therefore, mummy suggested to go Chew Jetty and experience the 'happening' with penangites... ^^
we never attend before..
there was crazily crowded.. and happening..
the roads were blocked... and filled with peoples....
( my boss's fren even purposely drove down from kl just to experience-the-happening...)
my 1st time walking in Chew Jetty...
and we found this Homestay..
newly opened couple of weeks before CNY...
very gud idea of the owner...
she told me.. they bought this house several years ago...
planned for self-living...
sumhow, they just came up this idea 1 day...
the room is big and clean...
I couldn't remmeber the exact price... but should be around rm 130 +
this is the normal twin room...
with air-conditional and electric fan...
the master bed room is alot bigger...
the kitchen with full equipments...
the extra point is this balcony on the sea....
the owner even provided Barbeque pitt and fishing equipments...
for bbq... owner will prepare all the needing stuff and foods based on the headcount you provide...
what you need to do.. is just spare your tummy and pay for the bill...
outside of the homestay...
there is this path way out-to-the-sea....
I reckon this is a cool place to go with a bunch of buddies...
we're sick of having apartment stay in bt feringghi area...
here is sumwhat... new, fresh and different experience...
the master bed room...
could fit in 7-8 ppls no problem...
of course some will need to sleep on the floor...
as the room is really big...
