Taipei Kaypo tRips~~~

after waited for 10 mths +++

finally...

TAIPEI, here we cOme~~~~

grabbed the super cheap tics at ard rm 300 KL - Taipei round trip in the AA Zero Fare promo last Apr/ May 2010...

we gotten the morning 9am flight...

prevent AA 's habit of delaying flight... we drop the risk and went KL the nite before...

stayed a nite at Tune Hotel...

we walked there with our luggage from LCCT...

walking distance 10-15 mins...~

in fact, there are FREE Shuttle Bus or Paid Shuttle ( rm 1/ pax/way ) from LCCT to Tune...

just we lazy to wait for the bus~

we reached !!!

saw bunch of masaleh with beers, outside Tune, ' welcoming ' us..

* excited...

hate the ' black + dirty ' scene outside LCCT...

u know what I mean...

the building is Nice and Clean !!

rooms are way nicer than our expectation...

Mung said it's a lot cleaner, newer, nicer than the Tune in KL City...

woke up at 7am, taken quick bath, took shuttle to LCCT, had McD breaky, checked in, HELLO Taipei !!!

and my ex-colleague to provide me this Gossip Girl Season 4 !!!

killed my 5 hrs journey beautifully on Air Asia... when everyone doesn't get to watch movie/ play game !!! *weEeeee~~~

Mung had this Nasi Lemak, served with Rendang, ikan bilis and peanuts, Egg..
nice but bit salty... reckon Kung Po Chicken Rice is best !!

I will definitely go again, and next round, I must cover Tai Chung, Hua Lian and Gao Xiong...
tho I had damn loads of nice foods in this trip, yet I still have a lot that yet to try....
hmmmm.....
the airport staff, mis-calculated our check-in lugagges for 20kgs missing...
we all had cold sweat to be told that overweight for 24 kgs... wondering how much to pay !! luckily I found out their mistakes in the end...
thus... safe ~!! :)

mah 1st tRip to MACAU with mah beloved family ^^

Finally… after waited for 8 mths…
Here it comes, my family trip after so-many-yrs…
( da last time my family trip to BKK was 15 years ago !!! no count da hadyai or KL trips of cuz ! )



I bought my super cheap-n-worth flight tic in March through Air Asia website…
During it’s Zero Fare promo…
Round trip frm Penang to Macau, only amounted to rm 177 NETT each , taxes included...
Damn tat, not???
Paying less than rm1.4K, 8 of yrs made our trip to Macau on 4th Nov~~
Air Asia makes your dreams come true~~ *weEeee


To avoid wasting my precious travel time,
I chosen the earliest flight, 7.50am…

All of us damn kin cheong, as this was the 1st time little Cayden take flight…




We were so worried that he gonna make lotsa noises during the journey… (we all understand how annoying to hear kiddo’s noise in the plane)
Being a gud boi, he did not make any single noise, but enjoy the whole journey to the fullest !




It was a thrill to have my IPAD with me throughout the journey !!

Happily touched down Macao Airport by 12pm…

We took a van to our hotel, Metropark Macau…
We paid HKD 280 for 8 of us including our baggage…



After my wonderful experiences of staying in Metropark Mongkok HK last yr, I believe Metropark Macau would be a good choice afterall…
In fact, Metropark Macau is way better than Metropark HK…

since it rated as 4 stars hotel in Macau…
In term of rooms, it’s bigger and newer… they provide hair dryer, adaptor and etc…
Hotel reservation made through http://www.agoda.com/ which offers great rate and convenient services…

No photo has been taken of the hotel but there’re a lot of reviews from the Agoda site…

We were starving…
Decided to have our lunch at Dai San Ba, 大三巴…
15 mins walking distance from our hotel…
Nice place for photo taking, food hunting and shopping…

I got my new tumbler in Starbucks Macau~ *woooo~~

*love it... how wish to bring them home with my tumbler~

ko ko had the choc crossaint. from Starbucks... and it's nice !

we were starving... almost 2pm and we yet have our lunch...

the main thing was.. we didn't even have proper breaky... plus we woke up at 5am ! =___=

Daddy spotted this little shop at a really small lane...

it's so small, there's only a kitchen at downstairs.. and the stall with roasted duck/ goose and etc outside the shop...

upstair... even narrow..

our table is the biggest 1...

another four little tables which can only fit 2-3persons...

really something NEW to try...

a bit odd that, they take Salted Egg with Roasted Rice...

we thought we were ordering Lor Egg...

surprisingly, the salted eggs are very nice...

but diff from what we used to have here... it's real nice !

Roasted Goose !!! mah fav !!

Roasted Pork Belly and BBQ Pork

both are nice..

the skin of the roasted pork is so crunchy and the meats are tender !

bought Porkchop Buns from this shop...

saw lotsa photos with HK stars outside the shop...

tasted not bad.. something new...

but this is not the most famous in Macau...

the most famous Porkchip Buns is at the other side from our hotel...

we were lacking of time to go there d...

this is a chinese Restaurant...

we wanted to settle our lunch here.. too bad.. it was on long queue...

we were too hungry to wait for another hr d...
