Light House Coffee,

It was a cafe I spotted since 1 year+ backed...

been in the want-try-list, as usual no time to make it...

till these few months, it getting more and more 'popular' 

and one Sunday afternoon, my buddy cio me go for good Coffee ! 

finally !!! 

the business is good, non-stop customers coming in...

tables always full, since the place ain't really big...

whole cafe filled with beautiful coffee aroma...

great smell that I would die for...

brewed coffee beans from Brazil...

Buddy had Iced Caramel Coffee while I'm having Cafe Affogato...

Cafe Affogato

A shot of espresso topped with scoop of Vanilla ice cream...

when the ice cream melted, it will sweeten the bitter strong coffee... and hot drink becomes cold drinks instantly... 

Ice cream lover + coffee addict like me = Affogato always a good choice.. 

hehehe...

of cuz I tasted few sip of espresso first before I stir around the ice cream...

Brazil coffee is way bitter than others coffee for me...

I let buddy tried a sip, he said it caused him insomnia till 4am that night... I wonder.... 

Big Breaky... serving all day... 

nothing special... just a normal American Style Big Breaky...

It's some kind of Chocolate Cake but I couldn't recall what's name...

the taste is okay, won't be too sweet...

but a bit too dry for my liking...

would it caused by putting in the fridge for too long thus no longer moist or it just meant to be ?

overall, is okay... (I'm choosy on cakes)

this Japanese baby is so cute...

sitting at the table next to me...

she (I supposed) is so adorable and friendly...

keeps smiling and waiving to everyone in the cafe...

I think I did 'give 5' or 'shake hand' with her...

so wanted to carry her home... hehehe....

2nd, 3rd, 4th visits to MoontRee 47

after mah second visit at MoonTree 47 few months backed...

I went again on last weekend ~~

I brought Yi Ching there with frens after watching Black Swan on one Saturday noon...
she tried the Mini Burger...

and we all think it tasted quite nice ! :)

served in 2 mini size with heaps of salad and Tzaziki Sause ( made from Greek Yogurt, chopped garlic and sliced cucumber... lub it all-da-tym ^^ )

I super like this French Toast, rm 4 only !!!

2 thick wholemeal / multigrain toast

pan-fried with egg, filled with heaps of banana slices

topped with loads of honey and butter cube !!!

Ice - cream + whipped cream to cheer a bit...

and finally I made it for the Ka La Chia outing !!!

managed to cio the gang...

went back on Sunday to rent the bicycle...

mentioned in previous post that there're bicycles renting available at Moontree..

located at the quite end of Jalan Muntri before turning to Love Lane...

new little cafe newly opened for only 1 month +

serving lunch & dinner...

till nite...

the 1st moment Stewpig spotted this cafe, it reminded him of a cafe we went during our Melbourne trip...

mainly cuz of the 'long-bar-table' that facing the road... ^^

very creative to have the bicycle ' placed ' half out of the wall, half inside the shop...

not a big cafe...

few differents spot to sit having different feel~~~~

very creative ceiling + fan...

recycle always the concept !

love the idea of surrounding the lamp with heaps of tea spoons.... *thumbs up

many antique toys, cameras, those 50' stuff displaying everywhere... ^^

kimmie specially loves this Robot very muchie !!!

old skool typewriter~

this creative little cafe is owned by 3 good frens...

logo always tell some stories, by looking at theirs..

you will know 3 of them are camera lovers...

they do display some of their cameras collections on the shelf...

many photos displaying on the walls, believe all are taken by the ownerssss....

old skool sewing machine becomes table for two...

how nice to sip a cuppa, sitting on the high stool, while watching the passer by on a beautiful afternoon~ :)

love here cuz it serves Dripping Coffee !!! yeah ~

not much varieties available on the menu as yet...

Stewpig had the Iced Dripping Coffee...

dripping black coffee + cold milk + some ice + scoop of Vanilla ice-cream...
nice !! :)

Bangkali Roti toasted with heaps of Marjerin, topped with button mushroom, chopped onion, cheese & black pepper...

I like this... it's very nice as a snack !!!

rm 1.90 for single scoop of Ice Cream...

very generous portion....

flavours available : - Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Butter Scotch, Mint

Vin & hun joined us for a while....

Beer is available too~
