A problem has defined... =.=

was attending a Training Course in City Bayview on last week...

Problem Solving and Decision Making...

no doubt, I did have learn something troughout the course...
some valuable technique and skills have added to kimmiezLife...

In order to define a P-R-O-B-L-E-M..
1) must have a deviation or Gap...
2) the cause have to be UNKNOWN
and
3) we need to know the cause...

the 'problem' would not be considered as a 'Problem'
if there's no YES to all above 3 criterias...

and yes, I think the 'problem' I just came across had fulfilled all above 3...
there's a Gap...
the true cause is so Unknown
and I think I known the cause...

cheers to it.... *damn ! :'(

the pitfalls in problem solving, mostly begins with the Mental Block...
when people defines the prob incorrectly...
not having an open mind...
people keen to blame someone when a problem arises...

Attitude and Mental State are so important in this case...

wrong attitude would just lead a person to define a problem in an incorrect way,
and make wrong decision at times...
if everyone could just set the correct mindset...
and speak out all the unsatisfaction...
there would be lesser problem, no misunderstanding...

I don't feel happy to work on this FRIday

something different at work today...
my buddies from work are gone.... *sniff...

TW, E, R and I used to be buddies gang in my team...
Tho I always absent for their outings... but still they're my mates at work...

end of June, TW left...
Eng of July, Eve left...
and 6th of Aug.... Raye left too.... :'(

honestly, I don't feel like coming to work today...
the minimal motivation to work ( where the 'minimal' comes from...? even if I hate my job, I still need it in order to live my life... ) ... is becoming even lesser and lesser...

I used to have really nice mood when coming to work on every Fri.. just bcuz it's FRI...
but I'm not today...
a day that I can no longer ask around ' hey... wut ya up to on this weekend? '

I'm thinking who should I sit with during the TeamLunch today...? *sigh...

usually credit team would be kinda free & easy during beginning of the quarter...
especially while closing procedures are carrying on.. we won't get to do much works...
I was surprise that this week turned up to be a very busy-week for me...

I opened more than 10 browsers in every morning...
won't get to browse any of them, at the end of the day, I closed all and shut down my laptop...
yes.. it's up to this stage... it happened since Monday...
the ridiculous thingy is... even I was so busy...
I spent less than half of my times to do my-works... believe it or not?
but to follow-up or 'helping' others on theirs...

I reckon in this new quarter, there're 2 new things that added into my job scopes...
1. 'couching' newbiesSs
2. 'scolding' seniors...

it's so abnormal that I don't rily feel like talking after works these days...
I supposed I've talked too much during works...
which rily worn me out... ( I think the tire'ness is accumulated )

last week,
I've done something that freaked myself and my colleagues out...
I scolded a senior who is 14 yrs older than me, screamed out loud over the phone to him...
I think this is the first time, I seriously scolded someone so BADly... (*ashame)
so loud, so angry,
the accumulated of angers had covered over my eyes, spreaded over my mind...

even his team lead & my manager were in the con-call with us...
no one had speak a word but ME to keep scolding and screaming insanely at him, the-Uncle...
I was so pissed.. and it really spoilt my whole day.. my beautiful Fri...

feeling myself so under-paid.. meanwhile, my workloads just keep on adding and adding...
not only doing my own-job, but supporting others too... *damnIT !

seriously,
I do not know which direction am I heading...
should I stay on the ground or wert?
might be the first one that planned to leave,
ended up.. everyone came after has left,
and me alone being stupid sitting here and supporting others... =.=

there's a fav phrase that I learnt from a MR ages ago...
" things will just not be as handy as we wish sometimes.. "
I think I would modify 1 for my own version...

" MY thingies will just not be as handy as I wish Most-of-MY-time... " *duh

it's August in 2009 d !!! I doubt if I've achieved anything in the past 7 mths...
there're few books that I started halfway end of last 2 quarter...
a Q has overed, but I did not finish reading any of them still...
I guess I need more sleep, more rest..
in order to avoid myself to feel so tired/ so sleepy again when going to starbucks for reading session...
can't believe that I did not read in the passed 3 mths .... huh...
time flies...

mission for myself in this quarter...

figure out the Ws that I really looking forward to...
think & make them real...
for myself.. for my own sake...

Disappoinment from Secret Recipe - Aug' 08

(another post written in Aug' 08, wonder why I did not post up again...
below are the comments after we tried the foods on last yr...
it may approve to be better, or it may even get worse...
I do not know, and will not want to try again in anyway.... )

11 Aug' 08.. Stewpig suddenly craved for MeatBall Pasta so much...
We went to DOME/ Manila Place and etc.. none of em serves it...
we ended up having our dinner at Secret Recipe...
He kept telling me Secret Recipe has the best Lamb Shank..
Here I tried it... and it was "omg-failed" !!

the sauce for the meatball pasta ain't tasty as well...
compared to the meatball I used to buy from Pharan Market in Aussie.. no way to compare..

Lamb Shank supposed to be soft and tender..
this one far to describe by these words.. it was hard instead...
I doubt the meals here were prepared ahead from their HQ.. they just microwaved it before served..
from the attitude of the fellow workers in Secret Recipe...
you can entirely see the 'laziness' of em..
with this kind of working style..
having over-cooked your foods is an Expected-Thing..
even the Mashed Potato is feeling a bit hard too...
I was getting upset and upset while eating....

we like to enjoy low-end-high-tea at here few years backed...


the reason brought me to this place this day was because...
we were planned to try out the kaya toast at Tanjung Tokong... since many bloggers said it was so best...
unfortunately, it was CLOSED AGAIN !!
I said Again because it was the 2nd time we went up to there... but still never got to try out...
















Stewpig then suggested the kaya toast at Ayer Itam, next to Chung Ling High School.. which also in my list for few years d...
too bad... I doubt the shop has been closed for good d...


lastly, I thought of this old-place...

this post is regarding Daddy-Aun burfday in 2008....

in facts, I did not... >.<>The Sire Museum for daddy buRfday last yr, 24th July' 08...
this was also the day when my fellow ah-yah-kah-jeh/ je-fu/ tai loh met mrStewpig...

I supposed the customers around that nite should have cursed us very much..
people keen to go there, to enjoy the quiet atmosphere...
have a little chit-chat, and eat the expensive foods...
but our long table in the middle of the 'house' just SO Noisy, like how we always Used-To-Be...
people might get annoyed... but we just enjoyed ~ ^^

This Museum is belongs to Mr Yap Chor Yee..
can see alot of antique displaying arounn d...
I guess some of them are for selling.... are they?
that, nite we didn't go up to level 2 & 3 but just browsed along the ground and the house is beautiful...
I would like to visit again during day time for coffee~

to be honest, I've forgotten all the foods that we ordered that nite..
unable to mention the name as well as the feedback...

Cayden'z 1st buRfday, 26-8-09

browsed tru my list of 'Edit Posts' and realized I have at least more than 30 posts,
which I had uploaded the pics,
but with no writing... some of them were pending since 2008... -_-"

I feel bad !

so here I have some explanation to excuse myself...
working life, occupy most of my time...
I can no more sitting in front of my laptop, updating my blog every-single-day like I used to..
during Aussie tym, I would even post up 3 blogs in a day...
now, I still need to sit in front of the stupid laptop every-week-day,
but not my SOnyVaio,
and not allowed to blog that often no more... -w-O-r-K-i-nG...

until I saw this pending post, with the subject title " Cayden Burfday Celebration"
omg.. I feel REALLY Bad...
he is turning 2 yrs old in less than 30 days...
this post was outdated for more than 300 days...

I feel ashame...
I can ignore the other posts.. but not this !

here it goes...

Je je had a buffet dinner at her house to celebrate Cayden's 1st buRfday... dated 26th Aug' 08
apparently, the attendees were all je & jefu s' frens/ colleagues/ relatives and also his yee yee, my frens.. :P

this photo shud be taken at 6ish.. before the arrival of fellow guests...

due to too busy... I forgot to take a pic when the house was full-of-guests...
the tables were extended to the 'middle' of the road...
to the compound of je's neighbour house..
those adults brought along their kids...
pretending they're Cayden's frens...
je's house became a little playground for them.. :P
je also prepared alot of party goodie bags for all the kids... as well as doorgift for every guest...
( varieties of animal stiching key chain, with WinniethePooh stickers, printed Cayden's buRfday on top )

can't help but kept laughing at the cartoon..

spongebob and frens went up to the beach and they appeared to become some 'real-things'..

spongebob itself became a piece of Sponge.. which mummies used for dishes-washing...

ha ha.. they're so ugly, so disgusting.. and a bit stupid...

I laughed till the kids aside kept staring at me... I still remember... *blush

looking back at his photos, and realized he has grown up a lot...

his face keeps changing.. but still...

finally brought my family to Murni for supper ^^

with no reason, I just lub Murni very much..
since the 1st time Yik Chun brought me here on last year..
just when everyone is getting so sien with here...
and the newbies me.. keen to lub it so much...
pls bare with me.. as I never stay in kl... and all the so-called 'buddies' never bring me here in the passed few yrs... !@!#$%%^@!

I thought daddy would love the foods, thus I insisted to come this round...
I didn't manage to bring stewpig here in the last 2 trips too...
and 1 more thing is...
there's NO way to find a mamak with over 100 tables in Penang...
and ridiculous thing is.. each table is occupied and fulled with varieties of foods & drinks..
at the same time, there're many ppl standing around to look for tables sumore...

before we settled down...
daddy, stewpig and ko ko saw those colour colour drinks from every table around...
told me must order for them...

no doubt, the drinks are still very nice..
but the sizes had reduced bitz...

we ordered 2 MAngo & 2 Ribena...
they have what you want..
why said so? ( when I asked em, what flavour do you have, the boi asked me back, what flavour do you want? )


I missed the Roti Beckham & Roti Hawaii for a year d..
can't wait to have it again...
tot daddy must have like em too...

but when I had the 1st spoonful bite, I reckon, they might have changed the ingredient d..
the burger meat and Tuna are not as nice as before...
the burger Pattie used to be really 'tight' and a lot... and now.. the meat is like so 'broken', lose lose an neh..

but the overall taste, is still there... still nice..

Roti Beckham, Roti Hawaii - one with Burger Pattie, Cheese & Sausages, one with Tuna, Cheese & Sausages...

they differenciate the Roti by setting the sauce putting on right or left...

Signature Mee Raja...

it looks so 'pek si '.. the white mee can hardly attract people to think it tastes nice...

white thing is always far from my liking... normally darker colour stuff will attract me more...

especially the red stuff which looks so spicy... *yum yum
but this, impressed me... ^^

Maggie Mee Goreng...

people keen to come here for some special stuff which not offering at other mamaks...

wut to do... when je je insisted to order a Maggie Mee Goreng.. just bcuz she-very-wanted-to-eat !

and it's a wise choise... as the Maggie Mee Goreng is delicious... the first dish to clear on the table.. :P

Garlic Cheese Naan... served with Dalca, Curry and Condensed Milk

such a big portion... apparently, we failed to finish it.. the roti is so thick... would really fill up our tummy kie !
and I forgot ko ko will only fancy Original Plain Naan...

Signature Claypot Bi Tai Bakthis is also a must on the order list...

yes it's a MAMAK... but it sells this Chinese Hawker Food too...

besides this, variesties of western foods, Sizzling thingie & Pasta are available too..

and heard they 're nice...

alright, back to the claypot...

this is nice... with minced chicken ( i supposed ) and raw egg on top...

once it served, stir stir and the egg will be getting cooked... *weEe

the ju kok is actually the Sambal... very hot indeed...

backed to Michael ( his name is actually Jackson, but Kimmie used to call him Michael since high school, and it influenced my dad and stewpig too ) 's house...
