ko ko has promised to treat me at Chilis since i got back from Aussie... this was the 1st tym i ever stepped in Chilis.. pai sei~ don't mind me please....
yeah.. finally we made it today !!

started with the bottomless-fruit-juices... guava/ tomoto/ pineapple/ lemon/ orange/ apple are the choices...
i've lost the receipt.. thus.. no way to name out the orders as below... itz been a month time since we had this.. i couldn't recall what had we ordered d....



see the giant portion of this SALAD !! if you think of going for something light.. and fresh... Never ever order the salad in Chilis.. only if there is someone to share with.. the portion is Huge and horrible.. no way for me to finish it by no chance.. tried all my best to settle the veggie.. but not even quarter portion of the chicken cutlet.. gOsh.. have been looking forward to try this out a long long tym.. since Colleen so highly recommended it... perhaps i got too high expectation on it.. it doesn't taste bad just ain't something i favor... cuz of the huge portion? -Avocado Dressing-


after lunch + shop, we paid Ah Ma a visit at 5 cik's house.. she just discharged from hospital the day before..

Aaron suddenly required my sis to take a pic of him sitting there.. ha ha.. so cute.. his sis, ME of cuz won't forgo this chance to jump-into the screen tho.. ha ha
our next destination is Ta-Da... Haagen-Dazs... Kimmie's all time super duper Fav !!!! he he *wEeee...

Stewpig had this Hagey Caffe Affogato that highly recommended by me.. I always told him about this.. happee that finally he got to try it.. no doubt he likes it very much... ^^
just imagine... beautiful aroma of illy coffee topped up with a scoop of Haggen-Dazs Vanilla ice cream... Amazing~~!!


I tried something new this time.. ordered this Strawberry Crepe.. I changed the ice cream to Tiramisu and Strawberry Cheesecake..
I missed the crepes in Aussie.. this one not bad too... *satisfaction... :)

please don't mind it.. my bro thought this was his home... just let him imagines that he is sleeping on his couch.. ha ha...=

it was 5 ish to 6 when we done our satisfaction hae'ing moments at Hagey.. too early to go for dinner.. We were totally out of idea where should we go.. cuz we known we would be very lazy to come out again for dinner if we heading home now...
just when everyone is wondering where to go... Daddy came out a suggestion...--> Youth Park~ no joke !!
We really headed to Youth Park.. ha ha!!! excited tho! ppl there might think I'm weird.. wearing high heels to such a place and playing on the gym equipments.. ha ha.. but we Enjoyed~ ^^

Je Fu suggested Ma La for dinner... actually none of us was really in the mood for ma la after such a long day... as we were so fulled just felt like having something light but not buffet steamboat kinda dinner.. since he has been suggested this for months.. yes.. I meant many times in this few months.. but everytime just got rejected due to someone was having sore throat or things like that.. Hence, we made his wish come true tonite.. he he

I kept telling stewpig that I wanted bring him to try this out... as my mission is to train him to become a "excellent-spicy-eater"... ha ha.. wut a name..? Therefore, it ain't any bad idea to go for Ma La tonite tho.. he he...

Jes buRfday blaSt... - Bella Italia -

Burfday-dinner-in-advanced with Jes...
We met up 2 days before Jes's burfday.. due to Mung hafta rush back to KL on the next day for her test... She couldn't stay for another day to join us for the dinner at Bella..
We brought her to our favJapz Rest... the one beside Jemput Tree.. I alwiz can't remember it's name.. eventhough I've had several visits to it... don't mind me~
No doubt.. Mung likes the ambience in there too~! 3 of us happened to eaten at home.. for the sake of unexpected-cooked-dinner from mum/ aunty.. thus, we tried the side orders and Ice-cream this round...


17 July, 2008... Thursday~ JES'z 23rd buRfday!!

Seafood Risotto.. it served with big prawn.. squid, Mussel and fish.. in tomato paste.. it gained no satisfaction from me... I supposed the chef didn't use the Aborio Rice to prepare this risotto but used the normal local grain instead... I claimed this isn't a qualified risotto-to-be... Aborio Rice supposed to be short and round.. kinda similar with the japanese rice.. but look at this.. I guess they just used the long grain rice like what local used to serve as rice.. I felt so dissapointed while seeing this...ashamed that I was so thrilled and looking forward to have it since the moment I browsed the menu from the web the day before we headed for dinner... I believe the risotto I cooked in Aussie is nicer than this...!!! Khuang might agree with me too !

(p/s: it tastes isn't bad.. just it can barely be categories as a nice risotto recipe.. Seafood Rice in tomato paste it could be...)

Xandra: Fettucine w Salmone...Boon: Spagetthi Marinara in tomato paste... I supposed it is about the same recipe with my risotto..

Bella Italia Signature Tiramisu.... It was the 2nd time I had Tiramisu in my life.. the 1st time was the Tiramisu I MADE for my ai cheng, Mung during her burfday... thus, I can't rily give much commend on this... Anyhow, I believe it was good... since I've heard from many ppl saying that the most yummy Tiramisu found in Penang is in Bella Italia...

One thing that can't deny was... it was very very smooth...!!!
this stewpig thought his bubbly face is not plum enuf... he he..
take note of the words written on top of the cake... I got no idea why Steffie they all given Jes such a name tho..
Happee Burfday, my pal.. I'm glad that I could spend this day with ya...

We off to Coffee Bean for 2nd round, as thought B em will be coming over to join us..

Belgium Chocolate... Coffee Bean has neva been my favor ever... perhaps itz breaky does attract me but not da beverages... No Way!! since itz coffee neva reached my satisfaction.. I ordered this choc drink... it tasted far diff from any choc drink I had in Aussie... another disppointment...

I heard her name for few years.. finally I gotta meet her in person, Zi Wen, pretty-ex-house-mate of Jes & Jen...
he is his high-skool-mate while she is my primary-skool-mate.. hehe... ^^
3 more months to go... can't wait to meet this lil baby-boi...^^

Manhattan Fish Market

Today was Saw Fong, our team leader, last day in DELL... *sniff
we had a farewell lunch with her at Manhattan Fish Market in Qbay...

Tiramisu with Love Letters... quite smooth.. Cynthia likes it very much.. but the smooth-est still... belongs to the one from Bella Italia...
Mushroom Soup... I can't really taste much cream/ milk in it.. which Classic Mushroom Soup should be tasted like.. instead.. I think they just added the corn statch into the clear soup.. in order to make it become chowder...

We've ordered few Seafood Platter for sharing..

The platter was made up of deep fried fish fillet, calamari, mushroom, and prawns. Served together with chips and garlic rice.

The grilled one comes with Prawns, Calamari, Mussels and fillet...

Saw Fong used up the lunch credit in her account to buy all of us some drinks... I chose my fav Grape & Aloe Vera Peel Fresh~ ^^ there is a banana-treat from Ivan... I still prefer baby banana... tastes smoother yet sweeter...

As promised, we all waited Mung backed from KL to watch Sex and The City together...

after worked... stewpig & I had dinner at KimGary while waiting em for movie..
stewpig fav drink at KimGary, BitterGround Juice...
bitterground but not bitter at all... but sweet instead... guess they put alot of syrup in it... nice anyway... I reckon all the juices in KimGary are nice... I used to order the Apple Carrot Juice whenever I dine-in at KimGary.. it was So Nice...

可乐褒姜 Coke wif ginger - good drink to have while you've caught flu...
he ordered this for me... Cheese baked Mushroom & Asparagus ... it has a choice between white sauce or double cheese..no doubt I chosen the double cheese..
The movie was FAB !!!!! omg... I feel like watching Again !! I love everything in the movie.. especially the lifestyle of em... itz cool !! that's New York lifey~
4 of us were so into the movie... ha ha.. frens in Aussie dressed up heavily while going to cinema for this movie.. we did think bout it.. but aiks.. here is M'sia... if we happen to do so.. will just turn up to create gossip-topics for others...
after movie.. each of us craziely hanged around the liu-liu-area.. and each of us decided to draw one for ourselves... here we go...
